PAY IN STORE

• Pay by debit or cash at any of our retail locations. 
• Visa or Mastercard are accepted for retail items paid for at the time of purchase (see our credit card policy below for more details)

PAY ONLINE

• Search SUNDERLAND and add SUNDERLAND COOPERATIVE as a payee.  
• Enter the ID number that appears on your statement. 

SET UP PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS

• Sunderland Cooperative will debit the previous month’s statement balance from your account on the 20th of each month. 
• Fill out, sign, and return the PAP form found here with a copy of a void cheque. 

PAY BY CHEQUE

• Cheques are accepted for accounts with credit terms only.
• Drop off a cheque at any of our retail locations or mail a cheque referencing your account number to:

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

• Visa and Mastercard are accepted for retail items paid for at the time of purchase with no fee added.
• A 2% fee will be added to all Visa and Mastercard payments for the following:
  • Statement Balances
  • Delivered Feed
  • Energy – Cardlock Pickups, Propane, Gas, Diesel and Furnace Oil
  • Agronomy – Seed, Chemical, Fertilizer and Custom Applications
