Training

Sunderland Co-op through GROWMARK, offers training in several areas including their Life Long Learning program and certified crop specialist programs. Their career development provides a wide variety of educational programs aimed at developing each individual's ability to meet a challenging, changing agribusiness environment. We offer general business/support training, supervisory and management training, sales training and distance learning programs.

SALES

Sunderland Co-op Sales professionals provide the products, tools, and marketing services needed for growing their customer’s operations.  

Our certified sales professionals are the go to experts providing solutions and delivering key messages for product campaigns internally and externally.  Cross-functional teams, working together to increase the Sunderland Co-op brand’s footprint and delivering value added solutions for agricultural, grain and energy – related products across Sunderland Co-op territories.

Many of the Sunderland Co-op Crop Specialists are CCA (Certified Crop Advisor), CCS (FS Certified Crop Specialist), and 4R NMS certified- adding extra value and expertise to our growers.

OPERATIONS 

Business moves quickly.  And our customers deserve product timely and efficiently.  Sunderland Co-op employees within operations roles are charged with streamlining product transportation, maintenance, and storage working hard to improve efficiency, volume, and customer relations. Our Sunderland Co-op operations team works hard to provide customers with the right products and excellent service, safely and efficiently. 

Our team of professional applicators are second to none with support from GROWMARK's training programs. They put their off-season training to good use in the growing season, covering acres of fields with plant nutrition and crop protection products in our fleet of spreaders, spinners and sprayers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE

SEASONAL / TEMP / PART-TIME
