Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, mailed statements may be delayed. 

Sunderland Co-op offers statements via email and through our online customer portal. In order to avoid finance charges due to late payments, please sign up for one of these options. 

Account payments may be made in the following ways: 

• Online Banking Payments - add Sunderland Co-operative as a payee to your banking profile, along with your Sunderland Co-op account ID 
• In person at your banking institution 
• In store via Debit, Cash or Cheque
• In store or by phone via MasterCard or Visa (a fee of 2% will apply) 

Please contact our Account Receivable department to be set up for emailed statements, to access our online portal, or if you have any questions.
