Thank you to everyone who attended our Beginner Beekeeping Seminars at both Peterborough (March 27th) and Sunderland (April 1st). Both events were a great success, selling out weeks in advance. 

Our guest speaker, John MacFarlane from Dancing Bee Equipment in Port Hope delivered a fun and informative presentation on the basics of beekeeping. Topics included: basic beekeeping equipment, start-up costs, time requirements, bee behaviour, predator/pest management and common diseases. 

All attendees received a package with educational handouts, coupons to use in-store and a discount to order their nucs from Dancing Bee Equipment.
