Dear Members,

On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of Sunderland Co-operative Inc. we would like to invite you to our 75th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 19th at 7:00pm.

The meeting will be held at the Cambray Community Centre, 2255 Elm Tree Rd, Cambray, ON.
Light refreshments will be served after the business meeting.

We will be reviewing financial statements for the fiscal year end June 30th 2025, electing two Directors, appointing auditors for the year 2026 and any other business that may arise. Detailed financial statements are available for members at the Sunderland, Oakwood, or Peterborough locations or by emailing agm@sunderlandco-op.on.ca.

The Directors will also be recommending a bylaw change to amend the quorum for the annual meeting to 25 members.

9.9 Quorum
At every annual and other meeting of the Members, twenty-five (25) Members present in person shall be necessary to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.  

Anyone interested in running for the position of Director can pick up the application form at any of our locations or email agm@sunderlandco-op.on.ca. Candidate submissions will close on November 14th, 2024 and this information will be posted on our website and will be available at the meeting. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

Members are encouraged to submit questions in advance, by November 17th. Questions can be submitted via email to agm@sunderlandco-op.on.ca, or dropped off at any location.
