Dear Members,
On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of Sunderland Co-operative Inc. we would like to invite you to our 73rd Annual Meeting on Thursday November 30th at 7:00pm.
The meeting will be held at the Cambray Community Centre, 2255 Elm Tree Rd, Cambray, ON. Light refreshments will be served after the business meeting.
We will be reviewing financial statements for the fiscal year end June 30th 2023, electing two Directors, appointing auditors for the year 2024 and any other business that may arise. Detailed financial statements are available for members at the Sunderland, Oakwood, or Peterborough locations.
Anyone interested in running for the position of director can pick up the form at any of our locations or email agm@sunderlandco-op.on.ca. Candidate submissions will close on November 24th, 2023 and this information will be posted on our website by November 27th, 2023 and will be available at the meeting. There will be no nominations accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
Members are encouraged to submit questions in advance, by November 28th. Questions can be submitted via email to agm@sunderlandco-op.on.ca, or dropped off at any location.
