On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of Sunderland Co-operative Inc. we would like to invite you to our 71st Annual Meeting on November 22nd, 2021 at 1:00pm.
The meeting will be held virtually, on the zoom platform, for the purpose of receiving annual reports from management and the Board of Directors.
We will be reviewing financial statements for the fiscal year end June 30th 2021, electing two Directors, appointing auditors for the year 2022 and any other business that may arise.
Meeting participation will require registration to obtain a zoom link for the 2021 annual meeting. To obtain this link please email us at agm@sunderlandco-op.on.ca or call Colleen Pizinger at 705-357-3491. When you email or call we will need the following information:
- A valid email address
- Your account number
- The name your membership is registered under
Anyone interested in running for the position of director can pick up the form at any of our locations or email agm@sunderlandco-op.on.ca. Candidate information will be posted on our website by November 17th, 2021. Nominations will also be taken from the floor.
